The hotel was excellent, every little thing quite new, every one of the staff members really attentive and helpful. Within the breakfast space everything was excellent, excellent and extremely handle with care.

Good place, anything is close by. Staff members are tremendous pleasant and helpful and speak great English. You can find activities every single evening and it´s an excellent way to meet people. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed on a daily basis. Only thing was my bed for being a tiny bit squeaky but that’s very slight. Wonderful value for the money!

Really great and perfectly clean place. The area where is located is great, precisely what we were looking for. Beds ended up really cozy. There wasn’t a great deal of the social ambiance however it´s very good for a full night rest. I loved my days here enormously and will most likely come again for my future stop by to Birmingham.

If you are travelling to Birmingham you have to book at Crowne Plaza Birmingham NEC. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the rooms are pretty clean. And a great atmosphere!
